A 600 room Apart-Hotel in one absolutely prime location, directly on the Santa Maria beach and next to the old town and pier. The complex will include commercial area and a luxury spa as well. About the Salinas Resort: Located on Santa Maria beach next to the Morabeza and the Belorizonte hotels. Build is planned in two developments – Salinasea (beachfront) and Salinasand (directly behind Salinasea, a road intersects the two).

SALINASEA is a beach front resort overlooking the sea.  It will comprise ground floor, plus one level around a large central communal pool, a restaurant and bar.  There are leisure areas with fountains and waterways and sunbathing terraces.  Clients who purchase at SalinaSea will have the benefit of the guaranteed NET rental return of 5% for three years, plus the entitlement of being able to use the apartment for 4 weeks per annum (only one week can be taken in high season).  The new owner will have a management contract for the maintenenance of the property and the resort.  After the first three years, owners earn a share of the profits of the development and the prediction is net 7.5 to 8% return.  The first year guaranteed rental can pay for the furnishings of the apartment.
